Gemcutters Workshop began with a simple challenge—and a bet that I couldn’t do it.

What started as curiosity quickly turned into a craft. Once I began cutting gemstones, it became clear that this was more than a hobby. I had a natural feel for precision, balance, and bringing out the best in each stone. Before long, I realized I could create truly fine gemstones—pieces that matched high-end quality without the high-end price tag.

At Gemcutters Workshop, my goal is straightforward: to make beautifully cut, fine gemstones accessible to everyone. Every stone is cut by me, by hand, with the same care and standards I would expect from any top-tier American workshop. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just honest craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Although the business is small—just one dedicated cutter—that’s also its strength. You’re not dealing with a middleman or a factory. You’re working directly with the person shaping your gemstone. That means clear communication, flexibility, and the ability to make adjustments or create something custom that fits your vision.
